Babies, in addition to being extremely cute, represent a milestone stage in our lives.

Many people believe that one of our most important responsibilities in life is to provide a future for the next group of people who will follow us on this earth and that this task includes contributing to the population of that generation.

For some of my generation, it still seems difficult to imagine ourselves as parents. Yet for others of my friends and colleagues, the time for children is already upon us. For Sarah and me, that time just arrived on May 27, 2007 (at 7:47am) with the birth of our lovely little Panda.

Please join me in ooing, awing, and generally making children of ourselves as we admire these lovely additions to the human gene pool.
